Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate and timely information required for project execution.
Approve deliverables and provide feedback within the agreed timelines.
Ensure that all content, logos, and creatives provided do not violate copyright or third-party rights.
Our Responsibilities
Deliver services as per the agreed project scope and timeline.
Maintain transparency regarding strategies, tools, and progress updates.
Provide an evaluative presentation of website statistics, suggested developments, and campaign reports.
Project Timelines
All timelines are estimated and may vary based on client approvals, third-party dependencies, and unforeseen circumstances. Any delays will be communicated in advance.
Payment Terms
Payments must be made as per the agreed milestones or invoice schedules.
Service initiation begins only after receipt of the first payment.
All payments are non-refundable once the project starts (refer to Refund Policy).
Intellectual Property Rights
All custom designs, strategies, and campaigns created by Digital xcutives remain the company’s intellectual property until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, ownership of approved deliverables will be transferred to the client, excluding third-party tools, plugins, and licenses.
Limitation of Liability
Digital xcutives shall not be liable for:
Website downtimes caused by hosting providers or third-party tools
Campaign results beyond agreed KPIs, as outcomes depend on various market dynamics
Losses arising from client-provided incorrect information
Termination
Either party may terminate the project with a 90-day written notice. In such cases, payments for work completed up to termination will be non-refundable.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana.
