Terms Specific to Website Winners

As mentioned, we are committed to delivering free business / eCommerce websites to winners and have some basic requirements / conditions to fulfilled by the winners

1. Domain, Hosting fee has to be borne by the winner. We can suggest a best solution for them on same.
2. Basic contents, inputs for the website, all native images/photos, eCommerce product photos, certifications, or any other material that need to be shown on website has to be supplemented by the respective winners
3. We have resources to deliver websites on WordPress or other popular CMS platforms like Shopify, SquareSpaces, Wix only.
4. If Winner choses to go with the CMS provider other than Wodpress then the platform fee has to be born by them directly
5. The website gift will not be transferable to anyone other than the winner.
6. Having said this we will be glad to deliver for your existing business, re-doing of existing website, your partnership business, your immediate family members business, or your proposed business with in the specified period.
7. Website winners have to claim their prize within 12 months from the date of GoNat’25 event.
8. We need minimum 30 days duration to deliver the end product from the date of complete submission of details / inputs / resources from the winners
9. We will be using all the Paid / GPL themes, Plugins from our subscription and accounts, beyond this if use of any Addons have to be procured by the respective winners only.
10. We use standard stock images form our resources and which comes with limited rights, hence printing or using those images other than on website is copyright violation of the respective content providers.
11. We at Digital Xcutives have our content writer team and with limited understanding of the winner’s business, hence if the prize winner wish to have a SME to make their content they are free to provide the same as per our desired structure.
12. We are very clear that the website page count is clearly defined and anything beyond will be on chargeable basis.
13. The website will be delivered after taking complete input from you and we expect you to give your serious efforts in supplementing them. In the event of not responding to us and delayed project delivery beyond the acceptable timelines due to your non availability / non cooperation will result in dropping the project without further discussions.
14. The work we deliver will not only speak about your business but also showcases Digital Xcutives abilities, hence we will not be compromising on certain parameters and guidelines, for example adding non contradictory products as part of eCommerce website or forcing us to have some poor quality images / inputs to be used on website etc…
15. The bumper prize of eCommerce website is restricted to 100 pages.
16. The complete eCommerce product content has to be give by the winner as per our formats.
17. Photographs play major role in eCommerce websites, hence the images are to be provide as per our inputs
18. Website management / maintenance are not part of the offer
19. Digital Xcutives moto is not to get away from the commitment and never we have gone back on our deliverables, having said we are flexible enough to accommodate the requirements unless we are taken for granted and are exploited.

Terms specific to 50% Ad campaign discount offer

1. We are offering 50% discount on Digital Marketing Suite, and the offer limited to only the said plan, no down gradation allowed, if wish to upgrade we will reduce the committed discount price of Digital Marketing Suit on the higher plans you choose. For example – the Digital Marketing Suite – GoNat offer price at Rs.25,000 per month, the same will be provide at 12.5k, if the winner chose to opt for 360˚ Digital Dominance Suite then he can avail 12.5k discount on the selected plan.  
2. The prizes have to be redeemed by the winners in 90 days from the GoNat event date. Otherwise the offer will be forfeited
3. Any Digital Marketing Activity needs account creation on chargeable basis, as a lucky dip offer gesture we will set up complete Digital Marketing Account on your name at Rs.10,000 one time for regular business websites and Rs.20,000 for eCommerce websites.
4. We have resources to deliver landing page on WordPress or other popular CMS platforms like Shopify, SquareSpaces, Wix only. Any hard coded / html/ java sites then same has to be arranged by you as per desired requirements.
5. Any Hard coded websites backend integration, placement of code / tags / pixel etc.. has to be done by your existing developer and is not part of our scope.
6. Our Campaign count is limited to 10 Google Ads and 10 Social media Ads at a any given point of time, just to add this number is good enough
7. We will operate as Admin for all your digital marketing accounts and youneed to provide necessary access / OTPs / credentials / screen share where ever required
8. The Ad budgets will have to be paid directly to the respective service provider and we can facilitate the transactions on your behalf.
9. We charge our management fee in advance for the specific month, and has to be settled on or before 7^th of every month.
10. For all your video campaigns, the final input file as per prescribed format to be provide by you.
11. Our scope of creative design is limited only to usage of stock images, any photoshoot, videography etc.. is on you.
12. The social media posts includes branded postings for your business and are made from our stock resources, we will make combination of 66% + 33% Images & Video creatives respectively for the defined count of 15 per month
13. The video creatives are made from available static images or video inputs and are not from the videos provided by you, nor we shoot videos / photos for this propose. Our job purely confined to content creation, posting on your 3 social media handles along with post text and relevant hashtags.
14. The content will be made based on the products/services & festive postings. Or any specific days of importance to your line of business or operations.
15. Our campaign scope is limited to the campaign management, and the stock image / stock video creatives only. Any specific creatives/images / videos if needs to be promoted has to be provided by the respective winners.
